The essay must be based on third party litigation FUNDING as an area of law reform in Ireland and give a proposal for a change in the law, including each of the following: A. A discussion of the current law and the problems associated with it. B. A proposal for the reform of the law. This should be detailed and clear, indicating the intended consequences and any possible side effects. C. A discussion of the most appropriate method for your proposed law reform, including an examination at least TWO possible ways the reform could be achieved, looking at advantages and disadvantages of each and a conclusion as to the most appropriate. (Here one of them should be looking at Englands current situation and apply the same as a proposal for reform and a method)
