Did it make you think about behaviors you've never associated with stress and/or anxiety? Did you find any of the 'helpful tools' helpful? An important thing to understand about this quiz is that it assesses the past 2 weeks, this means it is measuring your state anxiety/stress or acute anxiety/stress and not chronic anxiety/stress. In other words, recent events can cause mental health disturbances, even if overall you usually never have any symptoms. Our mental health is not always about the ordinary, it's important to check in on ourselves when something unusual happens, good or bad. Now, delve a little deeper and discuss women's mental health as it relates to men's. Are there differences? Are some women more at-risk for mental health illnesses than others?
