Part One: The Rhetoric of Public Programming : Montreal vs Toronto
Analyze/compare/critique these program notes of the same film as presented in the
official catalogues of two major international film festivals: the World Film Festival
(Montreal) and the Toronto International Film Festival. In this assignment, you can
incorporate into your response these avenues of approach and investigation:
