  One way a trainer can make the instruction conducive to learning is to provide an overview of the course. When beginning a training program, it is important to give learners an idea of the big picture, including the objectives, timeline, activities, and assignments. Creating an overview of the course helps the trainee and the trainer. Also, it can be useful for course and lesson design. Course Overview Activity Referring to the training you are designing for your Final Project, develop a course overview.
