Tribunals Presentation

  Choose a topic to research and give a presentation on to the rest of the class. Each subject can only by chosen one time and must be approved by your instructor in advance. Presentations must be made through PowerPoint and cannot exceed 15 minutes in length, must be a minimum of 5 slides with no more than 15 slides in total. Students will need to discuss the following during their presentations: 1. Explain their chosen tribunal 2. Identify if the tribunal is adversarial or inquisitorial in nature and give details as to why it operates in that function. 3. Explain what legislation the tribunal fallows 4. PowerPoint presentations must be used as an aid for the student while presenting, students are not to read the PowerPoint presentations.
