Students will view five videos on the work of historians and will write a brief paper using examples for these videos to answering the following questions:
1- What are some of the skills that these historians use in the work that they do? What role do critical thinking skills play in their work?
2- How did their graduate studies prepare these historians for their current jobs? What experiences beyond their education helped them with their work?
3- How does technology impact the work that these historians do?
4- From your perspective, is there value in the study of history, based on the work these historians doing? Why or why not?
