By now you should have two videos for each of the three topics (“touching the heart”, illustrating “to err is human”, & illustrating Human factors concepts or insights), along with a short written description for each video. You will select one video for each topic to form your video playlist.
Reflection essay: Prepare your essay in three parts:
an introduction
a body paragraph
concluding paragraph.
Start the introduction with “This playlist is to …” to describe your key message(s) for the playlist, then in the body paragraph relate each video to championing patient safety using human factors principles and concepts, and in the concluding paragraph present your reflection of the playlist.
The length of the essay should be 250-500 words. You should cite each of the videos in your video playlist in the essay and any other references using the APA citation format.
