In terms of stereotypes held by others towards me, there has been a few instances where I have been judged due to my race or gender - something which was definitely disheartening at first but over time I learned how important it is not let those negative opinions affect your self-worth. To manage this, I tried hard focus on building relationships with those around me instead so as prove preconceived notions wrong about who exactly should belong given spaces – something which eventually opened up more opportunities than originally thought possible! On top of that, one stereotype I subconsciously hold towards myself is thinking that certain activities are too difficult for me handle alone; while having support from friends/family can help enormously when tackling big projects like essays/presentations it's also important remember we're all capable overcoming our challenges no matter what size too! This mentality has served me well so far life as it encourages taking risks even if failure feels imminent – allowing push boundaries further than ever before whilst still striving towards success along way. Finally by look alone, people may experience me differently depending on setting they encounter me in; if someone were meet wearing casual attire then likely assume am relaxed whereas professional attire would likely convey sense seriousness instead. That said though regardless how someone initially perceives appearance wise it's always best strive make deeper connections afterwards as true measure character comes through interactions rather physical appearances only!

Sample Solution

a. One of the most prevalent stereotypes that I find myself holding towards others is the idea that certain people are “lazy” or “unmotivated” - this can manifest itself in many different ways from not wanting to participate in activities to consistently being late for meetings/events without good reasons. In some cases, these presumptions may be founded but other times they may just be my own personal biases which need to be re-examined and addressed accordingly.
